SPX Station Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
This page describes the privacy and usage terms for SPX Station, an internal application used to review, manage, and repost approved social video content for SPX community operations.

SPX Station is intended for internal or explicitly authorized users only. The application may collect and process account identifiers, email addresses, authentication data, submitted links, review decisions, and operational logs needed to run the service.
We use this information only to authenticate users, operate the platform, review submitted content, publish approved content, support internal moderation and audit needs, and maintain service reliability and security.
SPX Station does not provide this internal application as a public consumer service. Data is shared only with service providers or platform APIs that are required to operate the product, such as authentication, hosting, email, and publishing providers.
Access to SPX Station is restricted. If you believe your information has been used in error or you need a record corrected or removed, contact the SPX Station operators through the project’s internal support channel.
Terms of Service
By using SPX Station, you confirm that you are an authorized user and will use the application only for its intended internal workflow purposes.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, content, or workflows you are not authorized to use.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, malicious, or clearly unauthorized material.
- Do not interfere with service operation, security controls, or audit logging.
- Use of SPX Station may be monitored for operational, security, and compliance reasons.
SPX Station may suspend or remove access at any time for misuse, operational risk, or security concerns. The service is provided on an internal, as-available basis without public uptime or support commitments.
